• From the app: open Help → Contact in Findel. Your store is attached to the message automatically, and our reply goes to the email address you give there.
• Reply times: on Starter and Growth we reply by email within 24 hours. Pro has priority email support, and Enterprise adds onboarding.

Before writing, the documentation and the app's Help → Troubleshooting page answer the most common setup questions.

Privacy and data requests

Write to support@findel.ai. If you are a shopper, please contact the store you shopped at first: we process search data on the store's behalf. See the privacy policy.
